Pizza for the new diet

<p />Having been moved to a low fat diet (not Q' friendly), I have come up with some great cooks on the egg including this pizza. It was made with my pizza dough, fat free cheese, green peppers, and low fat ham. Turned out really good. Baked on a stone at about 550* with a very small piece of pecan for a light smoke. Left-overs for lunch today!
