My first pizza without a peal

I did my first pizzas tonight without a peal. I didn't have time to make one and I had an idea that did not require one. I bought a couple of Wal-Mart Grill Toppers for $0.97 each. They acted both like a screen and an easy to move pizza platter. I made the pizza on a topper with a quick blast of Pam, placed it on the stone, then just pulled it off on to a plate with the grid gripper. They are 13 inches across and work great. The pizzas just slide right off ready to slice. My pizzas turned out as good as I thought would be possiable. The dough I used was Spin's New York Recipe.
