Earlier today I found a post on how to cook a roast on your egg. The post mentioned some kind of marinade and all of the steps, time and tempature to cook a sirloin roast. Darn if I can find it now. Thinking of having some friends over this weekend and thought a sirloin of London Broil might be great to serve.[p]Thoughts and ideas would be most apprciated.
