Well, I must say that I have really enjoyed reading the the posts about Eggfest Y2K. I wish I had been able to attend...especially after seeing that another member lives in the same city as I do up here (BBQFan1) and he made it. If we can every convince you folks south of the 49th so come up to Canada for an Eggfest here are some possible names: EggFest:The Big Chill, Eggcicle, The Frozen Egg. And remember, the most important point...Ice beer wasn't invented in the South.[p]With respect to another Egg fest other than in the traditional October period. How 'bout "2001 an Eggodesy".[p]This week I just got my polder so I hope to try it out over the next couple of days. Have a great day
