Doing abts today with banana peppers, cream cheese, pulled pork, bacon. Need suggestions as to setup, temp, time of cook, etc. Happy Valentines to all. Thanks,[p]Ray Price

Babyray, slice 'em longways so you have a boat shape. Remove the seeds and fill with creme cheese or pimento cheese and your meat.Add some fresh minced garlic. Put the cheese on top of the meat. That will help keep the meat moist. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon. Cook on a raised grid 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Let 'em rest 10 minutes.Check on them and turn your grid 180 degrees at 15 minutes in case you have some hot spots. YUMMMM[p][p][p][p][p][p]
