Felt like some dessert after our 3000 calorie thanksgiving-did these easy empanadas to watch the USC game.
Dough in the fridge for an hour.
Apples-50-50 granny Smith,Ambrosia
Saute w/cinnimon,suger Black Monoukka wine
Red neck cookie cutter
375 for 8 min a side
I made a homemade caramel 2 cups suger,1 tsp lemon juice.1/8 cup water
GOOD EATS AND GOOD FRIENDS
