<p />Can't see the potato futon bed under the grilled pork chops. Also included apple slices basted in cinnamon butter brown sugar. Sorry for all the hoopla but wife purchased injected salt version of pork roast and I had no choice but to slice and grill on egg. I really don't like injected saline at this point and would prefer regular pork sans salt water.I don't think wife is listening or knows the difference. This dinner may consume all your stored beer but is worth it. Thanks to Chef Will for the ideas on onion and roasting.
