simple pork loin on small BGE

Hello,
just getting back into this and want to do an 8.2lb pork loin sectioned into three peices on my small BGE while the turkey is going on the large. I tought I would use the two grid method with the ceramic pan I got from BGE to do this indirect. I am also planning on using Dizzy Dust coarse gring and then wrapping with bacon. Any suggestions or errors in my plan? With this much on my small what temp and time to cook should I plan on? Any help is appreciated as I have about 25 people coming for this combo meal.
