Thanks to Mad Max, I'm sure there will be many, but this was my first on the BGE as I got mine last Christmas. It was truly a masterpiece. Everyone was so impressed and I have to agree it was the best turkey I have every had. I was quick to point out that I did nothing but the manual labor and pointed them to Max for my success. Hats off to Mad Max!
