I've never brined or used a TJ Brined Turkey before... do I need to do anything other than rinse it before cooking?

Same as a regular Turkey

Rinse inside and outside with COLD water, just before you start cook. Brining makes it cook a little faster; keep and eye on the thermometer for both meat and stuffing, if you are a stuffer. Guidelines are 180 F for thigh and 165 F for stuffing.Billy

Girley....I brine my bird every year, but have never used a TJ brined bird. All I can do is provide my method as I have no reference with the TJ. I rinse inside and out VERY well....then I pat the skin dry, place it on a rack, and put it UNcovered in my fridge overnight. This helps the skin dry out, and assists in the crisping of the skin. A very light coating of veg or canola oil on the skin just before the cook. So, you might want to consider drying overnight....totally up to you though.
(PS...Did you ever find your duck breasts??) -
I found them at the Dekalb Farmer's Market... but haven't but haven't been home enough to try... that's my next project though....if it works out, it'll make it to the "gift basket"... smoked gouda, smoked gruyere and smoked duck!

Same to you and Teri Rich
