OK gang, going to be a busy day today as usual and i won't have time to be checking the internet and email (email seems to be down at the moment anyway). ...so if you really need me for MM turkey question, give the hotline a call.. . .

if i don't answer right away, leave a message, i'll call you back. .. hotline will be open till 11pm tonight. . . and then back open tomorrow morning. ..

    OMG! What a great guy! I have one for you! I watched all three videos from Fred's music and BBQ. Your tips and tricks make complete sense to me. I am really excited about cooking my first Thanksgiving turkey on the Egg. BUT, I have to go somewhere else for Thanksgiving. My Egg will be sitting home alone.
