i went to my favorite bakery yesterday on my way to work and bought bread for my stuffing so it has a chance to dry out a little....i roasted my chestnuts sunday and i've been peeling them in the evening while watching tv.. .. so i'm in pretty good shape. ..

How do you roast your chestnuts? My mother-in-law and the wife like to boil them but I think that makes them harder to peel...
