Top Sirloin in the Dutch Oven

Well another great roast turned out by the BGE cooked in my dutch oven.
Superstore has a 1/2 price sale on Top Sirloin this week so I may have to go back and stock up. (pic heavy)

While the sirloin is resting from being seared the veggies get some alone time in the DO.

Some sugar and garlic grilled in the center.

The sirloin is back to join the veggies filled with chicken and beef broth, some thyme and water.

Pulled the roast at 155 internally and foiled while the gravey was made. Take a close look and you will see the crud from the bottom of the DO which enhances the product.

You can see that I also stuffed this roast with garlic. Yummy.
