Decided to go simple with New Yorks. BTW, I'm testing this post with a BB camera. Anyone know how New York steak got its name?

New York strip got the name because it is really a Kansas City strip but the high-falutin' folks up in the northeast changed the name to make it sound more "metropolitan".

Yours look pretty darn good, and congrats to the Cornhuskers on winning the North today.
