After reading the Forum for about six months, Santa got the hint and brought me a BGE for Xmas. I'm already on the 2nd bag of lump and have not had a bad meal yet.Did a 4 lb pork loin yesterday stuffed with apple and pineapple and rubbed with Everglades. Came out great. Also did 2 doz ABT's, half with little smokies and half with Chambers sausage. Could not have been better. [p]Outlaw

    Congrats on owning the coolest cooker ever made. Santa delivered my egg this year also. It seemed like such a good idea, we bought my Dad one too for Christmas. 2 weeks later my bro-in-law was over for some ribs. Within a week he had an egg.
    I tried my first brisket and 1st ABT's this weekend. The brisket is a front runner for the best tasting piece of meat I've ever had.
    The real beauty is the advice on the forum. Hopefully by this time next year, we'll be giving out sage advice. Take care,
