Smoking a Pork Tenderloin

I am a new BGE owner. I would like to smoke a pork tenderloin. I would appreciate any advice; brine or not?, rub?,temp, time, etc. Thanks.

I like to cook pork tenderloin... direct heat with BGE dome temp 350. I cook the meat to an internal temp of 150 degrees and pull it wrap it in foil and let rest for at least 10 minutes. I usually use "Bad Byron's Butt Rub" on the meat. Any rub you like will work... apply liberally :woohoo:

About how long is the cooking time?

I do them direct at around 425 to an internal temp of 145/150. I use a rub to season the meat. It's a quick and easy cook. Good luck,

I do mine at 350* for about 45 mins with an internal of 150- 160. If you brine you will get something like Canadian bacon. (I am making today pics tomorrow)

About 45 minutes is about how long it takes...
Sorry I had to leave so fast earlier that's the way it is with 3 kids under 4 years old.

I like to pull mine off the grill at 140 to 145, a little sooner. Seems moister and slightly pinker (obviously) then higher temps.
I think it needs 138 minimum to kill the germs?
