Make Ahead Turkey Gravy?

Hi, am going to do Max's Turkey...Will be making it a Day ahead, then warming...so my question is for making the gravy--Can I make the RUE a day ahead, refrigerate it, then on Thanksgiving, make the gravy? will that work? I don't want to lose the crud in the turkey pan & wasnt sure how to save that stuff! Thanks for your help!

make the gravy then into tupper ware and into the fridge to heat up tday, it even freezes well and thats what im doing saterday with 2 more birds on tday, gravey from those 2 will turn into gumbo over the weekend or maybe later this winterfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
