Just a twist on the "Field of Dreams" quote.....so, another excuse for cooking approached this coming Sunday. Each year a few more people show up for the big game and I relate it to the time I fire up the BGE. Nothing better, at least for this weekend, than BBQ, Friends and a cold Bruschi.....I mean Brewski.....(go Pats). So.....you goal is to convince me why I should try your recipe. I plan on starting the BGE's around the 9:00 zone. I would like to do one of my favorite Super Bowl treats, ABT (wear gloves this year, you idiot!!) but also want to do a chili, wings, ribs and some type of dip for chips. Lemme know what you have for ideas. I feel I'm stuck with the "same old, same old"......hoisin ribs, ChefRD wings etc. Not that I'm complaining as they are GREAT, I just want a bit of change, ya' know! Thanks in advance! It's Awesome here in VT! All the way up to 15 degrees! Almost safe to keep the beer on the deck. Just dip them in the snow!
