Beef Short Ribs - Boneless - Cook ?

I'm not sure on the difference between beef short ribs and regular ribs, but I do beef ribs often. They should be cooked indirect around 250* for a long time. 5+ hrs I would say. If they are too tough, they need to be cooked longer. I'm sure someone will chime in on rubs or sauces. I use regular bbq spices and sauce on mine.

Wardster, Thank you very much. These ribs look almost like a small roast. About 10-12 inches and thick. Any help would be appreciated on cooking time.[p]
