Butt &Brisket cook

<p />Here was my cook the other day, 6 1/2# pork butt and a 10+# brisket. Both came out wonderful. I used Nature Boy's eggfest 2000 brisket recipe and marinated over night then added a couple of Dizzy Pigs rub and let them sit a couple of days in the fridge. (had to re-freeze em and then thaw em again,damn)[p]Fall apart tender. Use the BBQ Guru and it work great.
The brisket my neighbor lady was going to throw out as it was taking up too much room in her freezer. She was really happy that she let me cook it. [p]The Egg and forum rule.[p]Regards,
