Smoked Tuna

How long can I expect vacuum packed smoked tuna to keep??

Just shooting from the hip here, but assuming the tuna was fresh to begin with...and smoking does add some preservation benefits...I'd say in a good cool fridge, bottom shelf, you'd be good eating it after a month.
Top shelf on a fridge that gets opened a lot...maybe 2 weeks tops.
How long has yours been where?
Cheers

When I make a bunch of salmon I freeze most of it. That will last for a year or more.

It was fresh off the boat last Wednesday and smoked after a brine with Raging River, on Friday. Vacuum packed the next day. Thanks! Janet
