Tonight cooked Costco's lamb chops on the medium, along with asparagus, and Julia's (from Fairfax, Vermont) recipe for carrots and parsnips. It was delicious.

Even hubby, who isn't a lamb fan, says that lamb in probably now one of his favoties. Unbelievable!

Sharon,
Beautiful lamb chop. With me it's the other way around...I love lamb, but my wife won't eat it because it has a cute face. I'm glad steers are ugly.

Yeah and she won't eat them either. No veal, no lamb and no venison, even if it was a buck. The deer pilage her garden every year, but she won't eat one.
Go figure. I get a good buy on a rack of lamb and it's all mine. :P :P :silly: -
Very nice!
Hope you liked the mash. I just can't get myself to like lamb... Iamb and liver...eek
:S

Great looking chops Sharon, what seasoning did you use?
Ross -
Olive oil, spicy brown mustard, rosemary, greek oregano,
lemon juice, lots of garlic, and lemon zest. -
Julia, the mash was delicious. I don't like parsnips but this sounded good so I thought why not try it? Hubby likes parsnips and I never cook them but tonight was a different story. I am now a parsnip lover.
