Can you freeze pizza dough?

Made pizza dough for tonight's pizza on the bge dinner. Only two of us, so can I freeze the leftover pizza dough?

Absolutely. I just made a double batch today half of one batch for a pie tonight and three in the freezer for later.

Sure. General rule is that it will keep well up to 6 mo. Give it 2 hours out of the freezer and frig (assuming an 8 oz, ball) to thaw out and then at least one more hour to come to room temp - more time for some rising will not hurt..
