Does anyone have suggestions on the type of peel I should buy? Wood or metal? Where to buy? Thanks!

I like the wooden one I got from Amazon. It is the perfect size for a 16: pizza.

I have both, but use the wood one almost all the time.

Personal preference but I much prefer my metal peel for placing and removing, but my wooden peel for cutting and serving from.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
