Well, last night was our pizza night. It has become a regular thing for Kelly and I. Turned out very tasty.

My pizza: sausage, pepperoni, salami, parsley, green peppers, munster and mozzarella

For me it took some trial and error. I'm not sure if you have a stone or platesetter, but the setup you see in the pic is the platesetter legs down, feet, then the stone. I heat the stone up for about 1/2 hour at 450*. The pizza only takes may 10 mins at the most. I normally just peek down through the top to see how the cheese looks. Do some searches for "pizza help" or "first pizza" you'll get alot of threads. Also, check out naked whiz' site, he's got a good primer on pizza. If you have any specific questions just ask. HTH
