Shrimp Help
Planning on Shrimp on a skewer tonight. Should I cook it direct or indirect and at what temp? Thanks

About how long will it take to cook?

Clueless,[p]Just a couple of minutes per side is all it should take. The shrimp should just turn opaque...don't over cook them or they'll end up rubbery.[p]Tonia
