herbs and butter

had a strip steak with herbs and butter recently anyone know how to prepare the herbs and butter ?

monkey puncher,[p]It's pretty simple, really. The hardest part will be selecting which herbs. Let the butter come to room temperature and using anything from a wooden spoon to a Kitchenaid mixer mix in whatever chopped, fresh herbs you'd like. Thyme and rosemary are my personal faves.[p]It's easy to make more for later by rolling the butter in a cylinder in saran wrap and freezing it. Then you can just chop off what you need and re-seal the butter.
