WHOLE FISH
Toronto James
Posts: 26
In today's paper there was a story about cooking whole fish and it said something like the best way to cook a fish is grilled with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper but of course you can't do that in the winter" [p]Well, I take that as an Egg Challenge! And I'm planning to do some whole fish on the Egg. [p]I just have the basic grill and wonder if I coat the fish with a little oil I'll be okay.[p]I'd be interested in anyone's whole fish experience -- any suggestions about type of fish, temp, time, treatment, ...[p]While my thoughts are about bigger fish I also love smelts and whole sardines (not from the can) and would love to hear talk about them too.[p]Thanks[p]Keep warm!
