Anybody do Yakitori and/or Yaki-onigiri? I think the magic is in the sauce.

I used to frequent a restaurant in Buckhead (Atlanta) called Yakitori Den-chan, but they closed some years ago and I really miss them. I think it would take a lot of experimentation to come close to their product unless somebody is knowledgable enough to give me a head start :)

Dennis Lange (the owner of Yakitori Den-Chan) is now one of the partners at 5 Seasons Brewing company. The Yaki-onigiri (grilled rice balls) are actually on his appetizer menu at the Prado location, but I do not get over there that often...

Thanks in advance for any direction or advice.

Don
