difficulty on log in

updated my firefox today. bad move I guess because now I am having difficulty on the log in
handle is Tennisbum
email is gpoe224702 at aol dot com
have tried the password I wrote down does not work
tried all my normal passwords
will not let me get on nor get new password.
help please

    I just reset your password -- you should have mail.
    I checked for mail delivery errors, and there did not appear to be any problems with the email on this end.
