Pork Fried Rice

Had left over pork from our pork loin cook the other night ... http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=754945&catid=1#

So we diced it up and decided to try a pork fried rice. After so many good stir fry cooks, we knew it would be good!

Diced up left over pork loin
Onions, zucchini, broccoli, thai chilies, mushrooms, Two eggs.

Sauce: soy sauce, miso paste, fresh grated ginger, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, raw sugar, lemon juice.

Added veggies to 500 deg wok. Cleared out the middle and scrambled the eggs, then added pork, pre-cooked brown rice, then the sauce for the last minute or so.
