Did Pork Loin Chops tonight. 3/4 inchers. All fat removed. Fast, Easy and Tasty. Just a small amount of Chef Wil's G'Rilla seasoning, some olive oil and a light sprinkling of dried Rosemary. 350° direct for about five minutes a side. Matched up with a baked sweet tater with drippy butter. Life is good.[p]Spring Chicken

    Spring Chicken,[p]Don't those pork loin chops turn out great? They really are inexpensive and, if you don't overcook them, they can be extremely tasty and juicy. I usually cook mine just like I do a steak.[p]Did y'all get all this rain in Spring?[p]TRex

    You're right about the pork loin chops. I got 'em at Kroger for about 1/3 price using my Kroger Card. As for rain, I guess we got enough to hold us for a week or two. Probably not as much as some other areas. For sure, it wasn't enough to shut down the Egg.[p]Spring Chicken
