I'm trying to create a brisket that would be similar to Louie Muellers BBQ located in Taylor Texas. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

mike,
You talking about Taylor, Texas, small town just north of Austin and east of Round Rock? If that's the place you should be hearing from anyone of about four Eggheads from the Austin area. I'm not familiar with it but it must be good.[p]You may want to go to Ravnhaus’ home page. He profiled a few of his favorite BBQ restaurants in the area. It may be among them.[p]http://biggreenegg.com/wwwboard/forumProfiles.htm[p]Good luck. [p]Spring Chicken

mike,
Here is a link to one I did.
If you are ever in Austin check out John Mueller's.
