I was lucky enough to have a chunk of Bambi donated to the alter of the Green Egg
But alas I have never before endevered to present an offering of
of deer butt.
So I was hoping that someone out there in eggland could give me some advice on how to go about cooking a 5 lb venison ham
any devine guidance would be very appreciated
thank you ever so much
