This receipe is awesome !!! Cooked it for dinner last night - one of my guests (unknown to me) hated salmon - one bite of this and it is now one of her favorite fish - she went back for seconds. Everytime I cook this salmon it blows me away. Thanks to Chris for his awesome rubs and receipes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
