I too saw the coffee steak on my local news and it got me to thinking......what about Kahlua??? So I started experimenting and came up with what my family thiks is a pretty good one.....Gotta love my family for being my 'Guinea pig' for all of my trials and errors.[p]Beef and/or chicken[p]1 part Kahlua
2 parts cold coffee (i grind my own but can use canned coffee....i guess)
Garlic to your likin' ( I use about 2 cloves...but we like garlic)
salt and pepper to taste[p]Make enough mixture to cover the meat you are going to cook and marinate for about 30-60 min ( I put meat in a vacumn container and marinade for 15 min)[p]cook meat as you have done same cut in the past.[p]Kind of a general receipe, but GREAT flavor so work with it and give it a try.
