Balsamic Steaks

Looking for something new, I massaged a few drops of lemon-ginger balsamic into steaks last night as they came to temperature. Then I squeezed half a Key Lime onto each side of each steak. Tossed the lime bodies onto the coals and let 'er rip at 500°, 2 minutes per side. The aroma was fit to eat, and the steaks were superb.[p]Ken
