I've had my Egg for 2 weeks now...

...and I will never cook the same. Did some salmon tonight with Raging River Rub and some maple butter. What a way to have fish. I'm going out of town for the week and I am already having withdrawals. Thanks for all those on this board for your insight and guidance.[p]Gil
