I recently returned from a trip to Europe...we had a team dinner in Germany at what I could tell was a pretty good Spanish Tapas place.
Anyway, I ate a wonderful Fish Dish that was prepared in the paella pan. It had a tomato base, peppers, garlic and peas. I am sure I could "wing it" but if anyone knows the name (too many dunkel dopelbocks by the time I got to dinner) and/or a recipe I would appreciate it.
I googled around, and mostly came up with salt cod recipes. This was a mix of Salmon, Cod and Shrimp.
Thanks
Jack

Look around this site. About.Com has several ethnic sites and always great recipes. If you find the one you had, post it.
