As I offered to a couple of people here in the last day or so, I have added several things to my website tonight...In the "Tips" section I added a second indirect setup for the small egg, and my version of the palte setter setup on the large egg....In the "Cooks" section I added my baby back 3/1/1.5 foil cook and my version of ABT`s....feel free to nose around if you like....[p]Wess

    GrillMeister,
Thanks for the kind words...if the registry list is lookin like it dont have enoug ribs in it I will gladly do some, but typically there are plenty of ribs cooked at Waldorf...kinda hard to compete with Jim W and JSlot....it cant get here soon enough..[p]Wess
