Just brought off 4 pounds of hot wings, with the easiest "do" I've ever done. All I did was take a can of chipotles in adobo and puree them in the blender with minced garlic, worcestershire and soy sauce - marinated overnight in the refrigerator. Today I added half a cup of lime juice and marinated them for another 90 minutes. After 2 hours at 250° indirect they are tender, juicy, delicious and HOT![p]I said previously I've never made ABT's. I have now, and I ain't looking back. Man are they good! Two batches so far, first batch was pretty straightforward - for today's I added Key Lime Honey, lime juice and dried lemon peel to the cream cheese. The result a tart sweet ABT that vanished before they had time to reach room temperature.[p]Ken
