9 racks of babybacks on the large
Freak

Happy New Year everyone.[p]Just an FYI: I was able to easily fit 9 racks of ribs on the large for a New Year's day cook. I used a Williams Sonoma roasting rack. It's similar to the BGE v-rack, but it is larger and has 9 slots for the ribs[p]Now, I usually trim the trash of the ends of the racks, but not much. (I use the pieces for spaghetti sauce / BBQ sauce) I used the 3-1-1 method and finished them off with a quick char.[p]When those were done, I loaded-up some ABTs. Didn't have any pulled pork, so I fried some Jimmy Deans breakfast sausage and used that. Darn good, but better with BBQ or Italian sausage.[p]-Tom[p]
