Eggsters,
Santa brought me a BGE and I've used it every day that I've been home since then. My wife and kids just shake thier heads and say "You're cooking something else on the egg?". I'm impressed and obsessed. I know I don't need to watch it, but I do.
Since Christmas I've smoked sheepshead(a local fish), turkey, steak, beef jerky, chicken and last night made some ridiculous baby backs. Tonight-rack of lamb!
Has anyone done a rack of lamb--any suggestions on temps or anything.

    Yeah, I live in Tampa, and was fishing in Homassasa. I caught a fat 4 pound sheepshead. It was the first fish I have ever smoked and the first thing I cooked on my new egg. I used pecan chips, just because they came with my egg and the result was smoked fish as good as I have ever had. As soon as I ate it, I smoked the other fillet for an appetizer at a holiday party. It lasted 2 minutes. THe guys were standing around looking for the rest!
