Best Ribs Ever On New Years Day

<p />I've tried ribs a few times, with moderate success, but decided to try the 3-1-1 (and variations) method for New Year's Day.[p]Spectacular is all I can say.[p]3 hours indirect on rib rack, 1 hour in foil indirect, 25 minutes indirect, 35 minutes direct.[p]I'm putting together a pictorial chronology of the cook to be posted later, but in the meantime, here's a pic of the result, after 5 hours on the Egg.[p]Thanks to everyone in 2003 and Happy New Year,

    Dave's Not Here,[p]Those look awesome. I did some spares for Christmas for the heck of it to go along with the pork crown roast. They went indirect for about 4 hours, and I have to admit they were not nearly as pretty as those![p]Later,
