Polynesian Pulled Pork

I am thinking of doing a butt with a polynesian flare. I think i want to inject with a mixture of Toasted Sesame Oil, Rice Wine Vinegar, Pineapple Juice and Sriracha Hot Chile Sauce. Any ideas or suggestions on how much of each. Think it will be good??? I apprecaite the help.

    2 tablespoon sesame oil
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup papaya juice/nectar
    2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
    The sesame oil is quite strong, so I tempered it with the veggie oil and the papaya has natural tenderizers in it, and it has that complex flavor component going for it, so I thought that would be nice too.[p]Yeah, I think it will be good.[p]Qfan
