MikeS. in N.J.,[p]Looks like it's gonna be a good one. I just packed up the leftovers from mine and put them in FoodSaver bags. I let them cool off in the fridge and then I vacume pack em. 6 months later, if you can wait, just heat em back up in a pot of hot water and the porks is just like when you pulled it.
