Acorn squash and Pork chops tonight

My wife wanted to do acorn squash tonight. I half them, place brown sugar and butter and cook them direct at about 300 for 45 minutes, then foil them while the chops are going.

I decided to try the seeds this time. It tasted just like pumpkin seeds. I love pumpkin seeds.

I got a new food saver canister. I decided to use it to marinade the chops. I used a little soy sauce and Montreal Steak seasoning. That is my favorite combo for chops.
