Card Night

The better half is out of town :( and I am planning a guys card night :evil:. I am going to make it a sort of tapas night. Since I only have one Egg , I am going to have to do everything indirect. I figured that there is no better place to perfect my game plan than floating my idea to everyone in Eggland.

So here goes ... first up is going to be a sort of soup and sandwich. I am going to do up the corn chowder offered at Nieggra Fest along with a chicken role up -- baked chicken breast rolled up in tortillas with a guacamole sauce. Next up is going to be AZRP stuffed fritto scoops with sausage meat. That will be followed with mini meatloaves -- a sort of stuffed meatloaf cooked up in a muffin tin. Finally, I am going to do good old fashioned chicken wings.

Feel free to comment as I can always change my mind.

I would do one big hunk of meat and give them a fork each.
