Deboned chicken time and temp

Well I watched the deboned chicken presentation at the eggfest. Got a hair up, deboned a chicken. Now I just realized I do nor have a recipe but I can make that up. Just wondering what the tepmerature and time would be if I stuffed it with some bread stuffing that I make.
