Bone in Turkey Split Breast

This is the first time I am cooking a 4.3 lb. bone in split turkey breast. (They only had frozen whole breasts at the market)[p]I plan to cook on my medium egg, indirect at 325-350 until internal temp of 165-170. I need to have done at 2:00 today for trip to in-laws. Any thoughts on how long this should take so I know when to start the cook?[p]Carl T

Carl T,
1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°...Wrap in foil and put in warm ice chest and it will stay hot for hours.

YB,[p]The breast is on the medium, stabilized at 350. I added two small chunks of apple and one small onion to the top of the coals. If it tastes anything like it smells, it should be great.[p]Thanks for the quick response.[p]Carl T
